Presentations will be only given at the venue.

How to apply for abstracts

  1. Register your account from Short Abstract Submission site.
  2. My Page will be created, so please fill in the necessary information from "New Submission" and submit the abstract.

You will also need to login to the site when submitting your abstract, so please keep your login information.

Caution

As a rule, the number of submissions per person should be limited to two. If you need to make more than two presentations due to unavoidable reasons, please contact the secretariat. Please note that if you apply for more than three presentations without consulting the secretariat, we may not be able to accept your abstract in excess of two. We would appreciate your understanding and cooperation in order to encourage as many presenters as possible to present.

The submitted short abstract will be reviewed by the symposium organizers.
The acceptance of each short abstract will be notified in early September 2024.

Paper Presentation

LCD projectors will be available for all presentations. (Please bring your own laptop PC.)
We recommend the authors to verify laptop PC/projector compatibility in the presentation room prior to the session or during intermission.

Important Points

  1. In principle, short abstracts must be submitted via the “Short Abstract Submission” site no later than August 9uh, 2024.
  2. One presentation requires one short abstract.
  3. Confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail once we receive your short abstract.
