Information for Participants

Pre-registration Check-in

Please download your name card from the online registration system (Confit) , print it in color in advance and bring it with you on the day of symposium.

On the day of the symposium, you do not need to visit the reception desk.
Please collect your program booklet and lanyard, then proceed to the respective session rooms.

For those who have registered but not yet paid:
Online payment is available. Please complete the payment after logging in.

For those who have not registered:
Late registration is accepted online until November 15.

Only credit card payments are accepted.

For those who have applied for the social gathering: For managing the remaining capacity, if payment is not completed by November 16, only the social gathering registration will be cancelled.

November 22 (Fri): 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM

Note:

The online registration system does not accept applications for Banquet. Please apply for Banquet at the on-site reception.

Lunch orders are not available for on-site registration.

The online registration system (Confit) will be open from 9:00 PM (JST), Tuesday November 19 to 12:00 PM (JST) Friday November 22 (Payment by credit card only)

To reduce congestion at the on-site reception, we strongly encourage online registration whenever possible.

Abstract Viewing

Abstracts will be available on the online program from 0:00 on November 19 (Tue) (JST) .

For those who completed online registration (Confit):
Click on the above button, then click the "Login" button in the upper right corner (which will be displayed from 0:00 on Tuesday, November 19th). You can view the abstract PDFs by logging in with the email address and password you set at registration.

For those registering on-site:
Create an account on the online registration system. Use your registered ID (email address), password, and participant identification code (ID number on your name card) to access the online program and view the abstracts.

Recording of presentations (video or audio) is strictly prohibited.
For questions, please proceed to the standing microphone in the room and indicate your intention to ask a question.
Please do not touch the microphones in the venue.

Information for Presenters

The standard connection port is HDMI (D-Sub conversion adapters are also available).
If you are using a Mac, please bring your own HDMI conversion adapter.

There is a seat for the next speaker at the front left of the venue.
Please come to this seat when it's time for your presentation to check the projection.

Lunch Information

For those who pre-ordered lunch boxes, Please present the lunch mark printed on your name card at the entrance of the lunch venue and pick up your boxed lunch. (On-site lunch orders are not available)

If you did not pre-order lunch, please use the dining facilities within the venue or nearby restaurants.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue.
For the SSID and Password, please check the reception bulletin board, entrance displays of each venue, or information slides.
